Me, You, and My Metronome releasing “Embroiled In Meaning” on December 19!

“Embroiled In Meaning” is the first single from the forthcoming “Hooray For The Status Quo” EP with second single “On The Inside” following on January 23 2026. “Hoorar for The Status Quo features seven songs and releases February 6, 2026.

Things can go south pretty quickly, so waking up feeling the same as the day before can be pretty special; consequently, a reason to celebrate the status quo.

Those were the thoughts that preoccupied MYAMM frontman Sakata as he wrote and recordedHooray For The Status Quo.

Themes of change, self-reconciliation, and a pursuit to find calmness permeate through the EP, as well as an appreciation for the process of music creation.
